Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products
• Operate measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other QC tools
• Ensure all products comply with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Record and report inspection findings, defects, and non-conformities
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to resolve issues
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during inspections
• Travel to different sites or suppliers if required

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
• Must have own transportation and a valid driving license
• Experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment
• Skilled in using QC measuring tools and equipment
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and quality specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is an advantage
