Costing Engineer

Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and will maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.
Complete a costing calculation (RFQ) within the time frame
Proactive to seek cost saving opportunity internally and externally
Perform evaluation of supplier’s proposal including technical analysis in the cost estimations.
Develop the project schedule, equipment & manpower loading and other technical requirements.
