Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and curating high-quality content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Designing and implementing targeted online advertising campaigns to reach key audiences
- Managing and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and customer relationships
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with traditional marketing strategies
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on search marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
