Production Engineer / Senior Production Engineer

Job Description :-

• Responsible for the capacity, productivity, and quality of all production line
• To evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with equipment vendors (local and overseas)
• To improve manufacturing facilities by analyse and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Support development of new processes, equipment, and procedures to improve cycle time, quality, and assembly performance
• Responsible to plan and coordinate, execute, and monitor for machines installation and coordination with internal and external parties for production set up
• Responsible to master machines operation and basic programming (if applicable), and to conduct periodic training to internal production personnel (Production Operators / Production Supervisors, and Engineers) as and when required
• To coordinate with Production, R&D, QC, and related personnel for new process implementation or improvement
• Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure that all components and materials are correctly specified and available for production
• To trouble shoot machine problems and root cause of failure during the new process implementation
• To work on shift / odd hours if necessary
