Job Description :-

Responsible for the capacity, productivity, and quality of all production line
To evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with equipment vendors (local and overseas)
To improve manufacturing facilities by analyse and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Support development of new processes, equipment, and procedures to improve cycle time, quality, and assembly performance
Responsible to plan and coordinate, execute, and monitor for machines installation and coordination with internal and external parties for production set up
Responsible to master machines operation and basic programming (if applicable), and to conduct periodic training to internal production personnel (Production Operators / Production Supervisors, and Engineers) as and when required
To coordinate with Production, R&D, QC, and related personnel for new process implementation or improvement
Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure that all components and materials are correctly specified and available for production
To trouble shoot machine problems and root cause of failure during the new process implementation
To work on shift / odd hours if necessary
