Qa Cum Qc Executive

Job description:

1. To lead the internal & external audit including MESTI,HALAL, JKKP & any other regulatory bodies. Ensure corrective and preventive measures from each audit are implement

2. Conduct product stability program to monitor the shelf-life product established

3. Monitor daily job at production as QC inspector and ensure the worker follow the production process & do a daily / monthly report

4. To conduct food handler training when required

5. Perform product sampling for lab food testing

6. Responsible,able to work independently & lead a team

Job requirement

1. Candidates must posses Degree in Food Technology/Nutritions/ Food Science or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Food Manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

3. Knowledge in food safety quality management system standard eg. MESTI,HALAL,HACCP

4. Driving licence (D)
