Job description:

To lead the internal & external audit including MESTI,HALAL, JKKP & any other regulatory bodies. Ensure corrective and preventive measures from each audit are implement

Conduct product stability program to monitor the shelf-life product established
-
Monitor daily job at production as QC inspector and ensure the worker follow the production process & do a daily / monthly report
-
To conduct food handler training when required
-
Perform product sampling for lab food testing
-
Responsible,able to work independently & lead a team
Job requirement
-
Candidates must posses Degree in Food Technology/Nutritions/ Food Science or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years working experience in Food Manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Knowledge in food safety quality management system standard eg. MESTI,HALAL,HACCP
-
Driving licence (D)
