Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent support
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring positive experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in customer service processes
- Assist in the development of customer service training and resources
- Participate in team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Certificate, diploma or high school education
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and positive attitude towards helping others
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
