Cafe Service Crew And Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and record orders with positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.

• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using all the payment method available accurately.

• Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly and neatly presented.

• Ability to adhere to performance standards of the restaurant for the crew station according to directions of the manager.

• Pleasant personality with service orientated attitude.

• Possess with good verbal communication skills.

• A team player and willing to work extra mile to achieve daily target.

• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.

• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and adhering to an appropriate dress code.

• High sense of urgency and punctuality.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate with a minimum of 1 year working experience as full time crew.

• Fresh graduate in related food and beverages course is welcome.
