Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the conveyancing process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and manage files related to property transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any inquiries
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support conveyancing activities
- Support the team with administrative tasks to streamline operations
Job Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
