Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring a team for our new / upcoming waterproofing membrane / chemical plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor. Commencement Date – Around June 2024. Job location in Kota Kemuning / Selangor @ Pasir Gudang, Johor.

REQUIREMENT:
> Experienced in construction / construction chemicals industry, Waterproofing works, (And sports flooring, HVAC thermal insulation coatings & systems, if possible)
> Having excellent relation with leading consultants / clients / architects / contractors / sub-contractors / applicators is an advantage
> Excellent communication and presentation skills, eager to learn, committed, self-motivated, responsible.
> Excellent Command of English and Malay, Fluent in Mandarin / Tamil is an advantage
> Preferably candidates from Chemical / Civil Engineering / Construction Marketing field
> Diploma / Degree & above in subject discipline, but preferable if candidates have hands-on experience in waterproofing & construction chemicals industry. Fresh graduates with Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering background welcome.
> Possess own transport and willing to travel even in odd hours if needed (e.g. Johor Bahru, Sabah and Sarawak)
> Full time position - Male or Female can apply

JOB SCOPE:
> Carry out marketing & sales of company’s products by meeting civil engineers, contractors and consultants to promote our range of Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals Products, HVAC thermal insulation systems and Sports Flooring Systems.
> Manage and build relationship with customers
> Involve in sourcing for new customers, new applicators
> Able to reach monthly sales target
> Involve in writing product technical specifications
