Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounting
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Support monthly financial reporting activities
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve account discrepancies
- Provide assistance during audits and compliance checks
- Contribute to team projects and collaborate with other departments as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
