E-Commerce Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Efficiently handle customer inquiries in both Mandarin and English, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service.
• Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment with precision, including the careful handling and packaging of jewelry items, ensuring their safe dispatch.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough inspections of all products before shipment to uphold Yukimoto’s standard of excellence.
• Inventory Management: Oversee online inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels and product listings.
• Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of products.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, especially in handling valuable items.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with handling and packaging delicate items, preferably in the jewelry sector.
• Ability to work efficiently in a quiet, orderly environment.
