- Do full set of accounts
- To prepare yearly financial reports and mainly reconciliation analysis
- To review, track and ensure timely submission of all financial reporting
- To assist with the inventory and stock count
- To lead in the general ledger and month-end account closing tasks
- Verify supplier invoices
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping
- Assist in yearly budget preparation as required by management
- Full accounting functions in AR & AP with various reconciliations
- Ensure that timeliness, quality and deadlines are met
- Manage data entry & updating accounting records,
- Check staff claims to ensure all claims are in compliance with company’s policies.
