Job Responsibilities
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and well-maintained
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent customer service
- Handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, we encourage candidates who possess:
- A certification, diploma, bachelor’s degree or high school qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a front office or administrative position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
