Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring information is up to date
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Support the team with various tasks, contributing to projects and initiatives
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
