Job Responsibilities
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks including maintaining financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
- Support budget tracking and forecasting activities
- Liaise with clients and vendors for account-related inquiries
- Maintain and update accounting databases and files
- Assist in audit preparations and compliance activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
