Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily accounting tasks including data entry, financial reporting and reconciliation
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly
- Preparing reports and presentations that are easy to understand
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Collaborating effectively with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting the accounting team in completing projects on time
- Resolving any discrepancies promptly and effectively
- Keeping up-to-date with all accounting procedures and policies
Job Requirements
- Possessing a Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Having 3-5 years of experience in an accounts clerk or similar role
- Having strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant accounting programs
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Having strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Being a quick learner and adaptable to new tasks and challenges
- Possessing a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
