Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and raise Purchase Orders for suppliers and quotations
  • Act as the Supply Chain Management contact window across countries for ordering, shipping, and import management
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing and supply chain activities
  • Support management in various administrative duties as required
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
