Job Responsibility
-
- Assist in operation and administrative tasks;
- Assist in accounting operations and ensure proper filing of documents;
- Assist in customer billing and accounts receivables;
- Responsible to co-ordinate customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in a timely and proficient manner via follow up calls and emailing, etc.
- Be accountable for the petty cash and miscellaneous claims;
- Take charge of service applications, refundable deposits and to issue receipts and refunds appropriately.
Job Requirement
- 18 years old above
- Minimum SPM or above
- Computer literate in MS Office & familiar with UBS account;
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and follow-up skill;
- Able to follow instructions and work independently under pressure within deadline driven environment;
- Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity;
