Warehouse Supervisor

1. Oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers or outlets.
2. Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
3. Manage a team of warehouse workers, including forklift operators, pickers, packers, and material handlers.
4. Maintaining the quality of products in the warehouse. Inspect incoming shipments, conduct quality checks, and ensure that damaged or defective items are properly handled.
5. Improve warehouse efficiency and productivity. Implement process improvements, optimize storage solutions, and streamline operations.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems that may arise, such as delays in shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions.
