Job Responsibilities
As an Admin Officer, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support, such as managing files, handling correspondence, and arranging appointments
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Supporting the team with various projects as needed
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
