Sales Executive

📞 Customer Interaction & Sales

• Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) from potential and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders
• Close sales and process orders through the internal system

🗂️ Sales Administration

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM or sales databases
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation for management
• Issue invoices and follow up on payments if required

📈 Sales Support & Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle after-sales support

📚 Product Knowledge & Training

• Attend internal product training or briefings
• Educate customers on product benefits and specifications

💼 Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
• Track customer buying trends to suggest upselling or cross-selling opportunities
