Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer retention
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Set and achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales performance
• Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports for analysis and decision-making
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Job Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing sales environment
• Results-driven and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and growth
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive sales performance
• Proficient in using sales software and tools to track sales and customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives
• Strong time management and organization skills to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Fluency in Malay or English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s sales industry and regulatory requirements
