JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
* Assist in day-to-day administration and office support activities.
* Maintain good filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
* Provide project administration support for company’s project activities.
* Able to work efficiently, independently and work as a team.
* A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a
customer service-oriented approach.
* Perform any other assignments when required
JOB REQUIREMENT:
* Min STPM/Diploma/Degree in Administration or relevant qualification.
* Tech-savvy and strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
* Proficiency in written and oral Bahasa Malaysia & English.
* Able to multitask and maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy.
* Responsible, initiative and willingness to learn.
* Willing to work from Sun to Thu, 9am to 5pm
