• Lead daily store operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Drive visual merchandising initiatives
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly
• Maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere

requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in retail management
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or related field
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
