公司简介我们是一家位于 Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur 的职业培训机构,专注于 咖啡、调酒、烘焙 等餐饮相关的技能培训课程,为想进入咖啡馆、酒吧、西点烘焙等行业的学生与上班族,提供系统化、实战型的学习路径。我们正在招募一位 全职课程销售 & 市场推广专员,一起把我们的咖啡 / 调酒 / 烘焙课程推广给更多马来西亚的学生与年轻人。
一、主要工作内容(Job Responsibilities)分成两大部分:课程销售(Sales)+ 市场推广(Marketing)1. 课程销售 / 招生(Sales)1. 负责咖啡 / 调酒 / 烘焙课程的咨询、跟进与成交: * 通过 WhatsApp、电话、社交媒体私信等渠道解答课程相关问题; * 了解学生 / 家长 / 上班族的需求(例如:转行、兴趣爱好、想进咖啡馆工作等),推荐合适的课程组合; * 引导完成报名、缴费、安排开课时间等流程。2. 跟进潜在客户(Leads): * 处理来自社交媒体、官网、线下活动、介绍转介绍等来源的咨询; * 对潜在学员进行分类(高意向 / 一般 / 观望),定期回访; * 提高咨询转化率,达成每月/每期的招生目标。3. 客户关系维护(CRM): * 关心在读学员上课进度与体验,收集学生反馈与好评; * 维系毕业学员关系,方便后续推荐高级课程 / 其他课程; * 协助处理简单的改期、转班等需求。4. 销售数据与目标: * 记录每日/每周咨询量、成交量、转化率; * 定期向上级汇报销售进展,提出优化建议; * 完成个人和团队的销售 KPI。
2. 市场推广 / 品牌曝光(Marketing)1. 线上推广与内容运营: * 协助运营公司官方社交媒体账号(例如 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook、小红书等); * 配合设计推广内容:课程介绍帖、学生作品分享、上课花絮、短视频等; * 配合团队执行线上活动:早鸟优惠、限时促销、节日活动等。2. 线下推广与校园 / 行业合作: * 与大学 / 学院 / 职训中心 / 咖啡馆 / 酒吧 / 烘焙店等建立基本合作与宣讲机会; * 参与或筹备线下活动:Open Day、体验课、职业分享会、招聘会 / 教育展 Booth 等; * 在活动现场向潜在学员介绍课程,收集联络方式并后续跟进。3. 活动与营销方案执行: * 与团队一起策划推广活动(例如:好友推荐奖励、毕业作品展、咖啡拉花比赛等); * 协助执行线下活动现场布置、签到、拍照、简单记录; * 活动结束后整理数据与反馈,评估效果。
3. 内部协作(Internal Coordination)1. 与课程顾问 / 讲师 / 运营团队保持紧密沟通: * 确保销售话术与课程实际内容一致; * 将学员常见问题与市场反馈及时传达给教学团队; * 配合课程排期与开班计划,合理安排推广节奏与招生节奏。2. 完成上级安排的其他与课程销售和市场推广相关的工作。
二、任职要求(Requirements)必须条件(Must-have)1. 对 销售(Sales)和市场推广(Marketing) 有兴趣,愿意接受目标与业绩考核。2. 良好的沟通能力与亲和力: * 喜欢与人聊天,不怕打电话 / 语音 / 面对面介绍课程; * 能耐心听清楚对方需求,并清楚说明课程可以如何帮助他们。3. 语言能力: * 能以 华语 进行沟通与简单写作; * 会基本 英语(看课程资料 / 回复简单英文讯息); * 懂 Bahasa Melayu 为加分项。4. 对 咖啡、调酒或烘焙 有兴趣: * 自己有上过相关课程 / 在咖啡馆 / 餐饮业工作经验更佳; * 至少愿意学习这些行业的基础知识,方便向学员介绍。5. 具备在马来西亚合法工作身份(Malaysian / PR / valid work permit)。加分条件(Nice-to-have)* 有课程销售、教育顾问、电话销售、顾问式销售经验;* 有运营社媒账号、线上营销、内容创作经验;* 有筹办活动、校园推广、展会 Booth 经验;* 持有交通工具与驾照,愿意偶尔外出拜访合作伙伴 / 校园(可报销或有交通补贴);* 不抗拒出镜,愿意偶尔在短视频或直播中出镜介绍课程。

Company Introduction
We are a vocational training institution located in Johor Bahru/Kuala Lumpur, focusing on skills training courses related to the food and beverage industry, such as coffee, bartending, and baking. We provide a systematic and practical learning path for students and working professionals who want to enter the coffee shop, bar, and pastry baking industries. We are currently recruiting a full-time Course Sales & Marketing Specialist to help promote our coffee/bartending/baking courses to more students and young people in Malaysia.
I. Main Job Responsibilities Divided into two main parts:
Course Sales + Marketing1. Course Sales / Enrollment1. Responsible for consultation, follow-up, and closing deals for coffee/bartending/baking courses:
* Answering course-related questions via WhatsApp, phone, and social media private messages;
* Understanding the needs of students/parents/working professionals (e.g., career change, hobbies, wanting to work in a coffee shop, etc.) and recommending suitable course combinations;
* Guiding students through the registration, payment, and class scheduling processes.2. Follow up with potential clients (Leads):
* Handle inquiries from social media, the official website, offline events, referrals, etc.;
* Segment potential students (high intent/moderate/undecided) and follow up regularly;
* Improve inquiry conversion rates to achieve monthly/term enrollment targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
* Monitor the progress and experience of current students, and collect student feedback and positive reviews;
* Maintain relationships with graduated students to facilitate future recommendations for advanced/other courses;
* Assist with simple requests such as rescheduling and class transfers.4. Sales Data and Targets:
* Record daily/weekly inquiries, sales volume, and conversion rate;* Regularly report sales progress to superiors and provide optimization suggestions;
* Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.2. Marketing/Brand Exposure
1. Online Promotion and Content Operation:
* Assist in operating the company’s official social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.);
* Collaborate on designing promotional content: course introduction posts, student work sharing, class highlights, short videos, etc.;
* Collaborate with the team to execute online activities: early bird discounts, limited-time promotions, holiday events, etc.
2. Offline Promotion and Campus/Industry Partnerships:
* Establish basic partnerships and presentation opportunities with universities/colleges/vocational training centers/coffee shops/bars/bakeries, etc.;
* Participate in or organize offline events:
Open Days, trial classes, career sharing sessions, job fairs/education fairs, booths, etc.;
* Introduce courses to potential students at events, collect contact information, and follow up.
3. Event and Marketing Plan Execution:
* Plan promotional events with the team (e.g., referral rewards, graduation project exhibitions, latte art competitions, etc.);
* Assist with the execution of offline event setup, registration, photography, and basic record keeping;
* After the event, compile data and feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness.
3. Internal Coordination
1. Maintain close communication with course consultants/instructors/operations team:
* Ensure sales scripts align with the actual course content;
* Promptly communicate common student questions and market feedback to the teaching team;
* Coordinate promotion and enrollment pace according to course scheduling and class opening plans.
2. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors related to course sales and marketing.
II. Job Requirements **Must-haves:**
1. Interest in sales and marketing, and willingness to accept targets and performance evaluations.
2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor:
* Enjoy chatting with people and are not afraid to introduce courses via phone/voice/face-to-face;
* Able to patiently listen to the other party’s needs and clearly explain how the course can help them.
3. Language skills:
* Able to communicate and write in Mandarin;
* Basic English skills (for reading course materials/replying to simple English messages);
* Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu (Chinese Bahasa Melayu) is a plus.
4. Interest in coffee, bartending, or baking:
* Prior relevant coursework/work experience in a coffee shop/food industry is a plus;
* Willingness to learn the basics of these industries to facilitate introductions to students.
5. Possess legal work status in Malaysia (Malaysian / PR / valid work permit).Bonus Points (Nice-to-have):
* Experience in course sales, educational consulting, telemarketing, or consultative selling;
* Experience in managing social media accounts, online marketing, and content creation;
* Experience in organizing events, campus promotions, and trade show booths;
* Possess a vehicle and driver’s license, and be willing to occasionally visit partners/campuses (reimbursement or transportation allowance available);
* Not opposed to appearing on camera, and willing to occasionally appear in short videos or live streams to introduce courses.
III. Compensation & Benefits You can modify this according to your company’s situation. Here is a template:
* Salary Structure: * Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 6,000 (depending on experience and ability);
* Sales Commission (calculated based on the number of participants or sales volume);
* Activity Bonus / Team Target Achievement Bonus.
* Working Hours:* Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00;* Some activities/courses may be scheduled in the evenings or on weekends, in which case time off in lieu or appropriate compensation will be provided.
