- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and management
- Organize meetings, maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Interact with clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional experience
- Handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality
- Support various departments with their administrative needs as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
