Job Responsibilities
- Assist in fixed asset (FA) management including new FA tagging and FA disposal
- Maintain accurate records and conduct routine reviews of the FA listing
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance productivity
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software and tools
