职位描述
Job descriptions:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist to schedule project and shipping deliveries
- Preparing shipping documents
- Logistic arrangement
- Take charge of all operational HR function such as payroll, claims, leave administration, course arrangement for workers, arrange insurance bond for workers
Job requirements:
- A good team player
- Good communication skills
- Excellent in organizational and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in Construction Industry preferred
