Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
- Support the team with scheduling and booking appointments
- Handle correspondence and relay information as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
