  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records (training participants, vendor lists, clients, etc.).
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory – ordering when necessary.
  • Assist in event/training logistics such as preparing materials, coordinating meals, and managing registration lists.
  • Support HR functions such as preparing attendance records or documentation for claims.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
