Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist with office management tasks to maintain a productive workspace
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
