Job Responsibilities

As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals enjoying the aquatic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring swimmers and ensuring their safety while they engage in various activities
• Enforcing rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise
• Conducting regular safety checks of equipment and facilities
• Providing first aid and CPR when necessary
• Assisting guests with any queries and ensuring an enjoyable experience

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• A high school diploma and relevant certification
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• A strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and foster positive relationships
• A passion for water safety and a desire to help others thrive in a safe environment
