职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:-
- To assist and support the Committee in managing the day-to-day operations of the Club.
- Oversee Financial, Administrative and Operational functions of the Club.
- Prepare financial and annual budget, manage the execution of financial budget and plan.
- Strategize, formulate and execution of approved plans, for progressive development of the Club.
- Responsible for the control and overall supervision of all Club activities for members of the Club.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure delivery on expectations
- To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Committee from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
- A degree in relevant discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in management position.
- Age between 35 years and 65 years old.
- At least 10 years’ experience in golf industry in middle to upper management.
- Self-driven with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to supervise a pool of managers and able to interact with members of the Club.
- Action and result oriented
