职位描述
What you’ll be doing
- Handling general administrative duties, including processing orders, invoicing, dispatching of orders and updating customer records.
- Handling incoming inquiries from clients and prospects, and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings and appointments
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, including weddings, corporate events, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory
- Performing other general administrative duties as required
