Over 1.5 years of work experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years in quality management positions in precision sheet metal, machining, or electronic assembly sectors. Familiar with quality control processes and standards in the manufacturing industry and capable of establishing and improving quality management systems
Possess extensive experience in analyzing and solving quality issues, able to use statistical tools and methods to analyze quality data, identify root causes of quality problems, and propose effective improvement measures.
Candidates with experience in quality management for local Malaysian companies or foreign manufacturing enterprises are preferred, with an understanding of local quality regulations and customer requirements for product quality.
Manage engineering project lifecycles to ensure on-time and quality delivery
Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues
Lead engineering team, assign tasks and monitor performance
Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity
Coordinate with production/quality departments to resolve engineering issues
