1. Develop and implement human resource strategic plans, align with sheet metal machining business objectives, and plan human resource allocation.
2. Establish and improve the systems of recruitment, training, performance, and compensation & benefits: expand local recruitment channels to recruit professional talents; design on-the-job training programs; establish performance appraisal systems; formulate compensation and benefits plans in line with local regulations and market conditions.
3. Handle employee relations, including labor contract management, employee communication and labor dispute mediation, create a harmonious working atmosphere, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations in Malaysia to ensure the legality and compliance of human resource management and prevent labor risks.
5. Communicate and cooperate with the headquarters and various departments, implement human resource policies, and feedback relevant information.
