Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and personalized service.

2. Cash Handling and Transactions

• Operate the cashier system and process transactions accurately.
• Handle payments, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policies.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.

3. Stock Handling

• Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organize and replenish shelves, racks, and displays for a neat store appearance.
• Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as required.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in regular stock checks.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure shelves and displays are properly labeled and priced.

5. Compliance and Safety

• Comply with store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Report suspicious activities or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

6. Teamwork

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support the training of new staff when required.
• Work together with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
