职位描述
Position: Sales Admin (FULL-TIME POSITION)
Principal Accountabilities
- To handle daily administration activities.
- To assist in arranging of dispatch of documents, photocopy/binding/filing of documents.
- Prepared reports and provided details on sales performance to superiors.
- Maintain and update property records and databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
- To follow up on all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.
- To assist and prepare loan/end-financier administrative paperwork and any other documentation compilation related to conveyancing matters.
- Assist and prepare relative documentation for sub-sale, refinancing, and auction.
- To monitor and follow up on the progress of payment from purchasers/ tenants.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Handling coordination work for defects rectification between purchasers, contractors, and the company.
- To handle vacant possession inclusive coordination with internal departments.
