Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and purchase order.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Conduct data entry for accounting transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Organize and file accounting documents, both physical or digital.
  • Support the accounts receivable and payable processes. (AR and AP)
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to Finance and Accounting teams, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, competent user of MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Minimum supervision and able to work independently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
