Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with the smooth running of daily restaurant operations
• Managing and monitoring food preparation and service to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Taking orders from customers and ensuring timely service
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a helpful way
• Preparing and ensuring restaurant is ready for opening and closing
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth customer flow
• Keeping records for inventory and stock control

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, certificate or diploma is a plus
• Experience in food service or a similar role is a valuable asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• A positive attitude committed to delivering excellent customer service
• Team player spirit to work harmoniously in a team
• Familiar with basic food safety regulations
