JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Order Fulfilment Management
· Oversee end-to-end order processing to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
· Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to meet demand.
· Optimize relationships with logistics partners to enhance delivery performance.
2. Digital Platform Operations
· Ensure smooth operation of product listings, pricing, and promotions on e- Commerce platforms.
· Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with operational capacity.
· Work with team to ensure content schedules delivery (Ecommerce, Mobile, email, etc)
3. Process Optimization
· Streamline workflows using automation tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
· Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify and address improvement areas.
4. Customer Experience
· Work with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues and improve satisfaction.
· Use feedback and data to enhance the overall shopping experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business / Digital Marketing or relevant field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
2. Analytical skills to identify problems and provide solutions.
3. Ability to work in a team.
4. Willing to learn and able to handle tight deadlines.
5. Passion for ecommerce and customer satisfaction.
6. Hardworking, independent, highly motivated, punctual, ambitious and eager to take new challenges.
7.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
8.Good understanding of market research techniques, date analysis and statistics methods.
9.Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
