Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and organize documentation and records efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and effective team environment
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software
