Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, quotations, invoices, and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English-
- Working experience in similar field is preferred but not essential. Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
