SKILL / ATTRIBUTES:

1. Proven working experience as HR Manager.

2. People oriented and results driven.

3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

4. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

7. Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and human resources information system (HRIS).

8. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metric.

9. Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, hiring & selection, learning & development, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations, administration & facilities, security; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations

10. Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork

11. Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide overall HR leadership to the organization, and be a strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy for the Company.

2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

5. Nurture a positive working environment

6. Direct and guide HR Operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and positive result in managing and maximizing human capital.

7. Collaborates with division heads to identify staffing and recruiting needs and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.

8. Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Administration & Facilities, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition, as well as the management of the HR budget.

9. Ensure sound HR practices, policies & procedures, and processes are in place to support the business operations and legal and statutory requirements.

10. Leads and develops a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide employee lifecycle services.

11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

12. To undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the Management.
