• Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions including but not limited to payroll and recruitment and selection.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and supporting documents are reviewed, updated and maintained regularly to reflect best practice and current employment law.
• Issue Memos and all HR letters such as Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Warning.
• Perform credit and criminal background screenings on successful job applicants.
• Responsible for staff on-boarding and exit processes.
• Responsible for monthly statutory submissions to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO and PTPTN.
• Maintain payroll processing system by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
• Attend to employees’ disciplinary issues, staff grievances and counseling.
• Proactively review management information to identify areas of concern regarding tardiness, absence and turnover levels and discuss with appropriate managers for robust and effective action plans to be implemented.
• Oversee and manage the administration department including but not limited to security, tenancy, office’s maintenance, transportation matters, office’s cleanliness, mail room’s operations and management of office supplies.
• Provide support to the Heads of Business Operations and Branch Managers on the day-to-day operations.
• Review the Company Directory, Organizational Charts and Company Profile from time to time.
• Issue relevant company properties to new joiners upon commencement and ensure clearance upon termination of service.
• Prepare and submit admin and HR related documents to auditors as and when requested.
• Monitor company and staff insurance policies and ensure that they are active and renewed in a timely manner.
• Organize and coordinate sport and recreational activities, conferences, annual dinners, company trips and other employee-related activities.
• Attend to any other special assignments and duties assigned by the Company Directors.
