Job Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fostering positive working relationships
- Support the talent acquisition process through effective onboarding practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop effective policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on employee rights and responsibilities to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Organize training sessions and workshops to promote a positive workplace culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
