Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is inviting and professional
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities

Job Requirements
- Educational qualifications: Certificate, Diploma, High School, or Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools
