Key Responsibilities:
Offline Marketing
· Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (billboard, radio, TV, outdoor, flyers)
· Manage on-ground activations, roadshows, exhibitions, trade shows, and events
· Coordinate with vendors, printers, media agencies, and event partners
· Oversee brand visibility at physical locations (stores, offices, signage, POS materials)
· Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
· Track campaign effectiveness using foot traffic, lead generation, and sales data
· Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
· Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials
· Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns
Online Marketing
· Develop and manage online marketing strategies aligned with company goals
· Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels (social media, search, display, email)
· Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
· Oversee social media content planning and online brand presence
· Optimize website traffic, landing pages, and conversion funnels
· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
· Conduct A/B testing to improve ads, creatives, and targeting
· Manage online marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently (Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
· Oversee social media content planning and online brand presence
· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes
· Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and content creators
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· Proven experience in offline, online or digital marketing
· Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
· Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
· Ability to work in the field and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Experience in retail and FMCG (Particularly Food & Beverages)
· Knowledge of media buying and planning
· Experience managing large-scale events or regional campaigns
· Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
· Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication and project management abilities
