• Assisting with a variety of general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing correspondence, filing of documents and general clerical task
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in various registration and renewal of registration of the company
• Liaise with numerous external parties such as vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
• Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes
• Willing to travel when required
• Any other duties / jobs assigned by superior or management
Job’s requirement:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field related
At least 1-2 years of working experience
