Key Responsibilities:
Roster Preparation and Management:
- Develop and maintain duty rosters for the security team, ensuring optimal shift coverage.
- Use Excel to create and manage schedules, track changes, and monitor shift performance.
- Address schedule conflicts and make adjustments for absences or emergencies.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for attendance, leave applications, and shift rotations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new security team members by preparing necessary documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of security-related paperwork and reports.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking of key security metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact between the security team and management.
- Manage communication regarding updates, policies, and schedules.
- Facilitate training sessions or briefings as required.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure the security department operates in line with company policies and protocols.
- Maintain compliance records and assist in audits or inspections.
- Manage and update inventories for security equipment.
General Office Administration:
- Handle incoming communication and correspondence related to the security team.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the department.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance departmental efficiency.
